A brochure website for a UK small business does not have to start with a four-figure invoice. On wantasite.co.uk the published prices are Start £49, Pro £69 and Business £99 a month. There is no setup fee. You see a private demo in 24–48 hours, then you pay only if you approve it.

What you are actually buying

Most firms need a clear site that works on a phone: who you are, what you charge, how to get in touch. That is a brochure site. It is not a custom web app and it is not a large shop. Hosting, SSL, email forwards, on-page SEO setup and monthly edits are in the monthly fee. The domain is registered in your name.

Why the 12-month term exists

The website plan runs for 12 months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. That is how we can skip a setup fee and include hosting. The demo is still free. If the demo is wrong, you do not start. Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT-registered businesses: reverse charge where it applies.

What it is not

It is not a page-one promise. Website plans include on-page setup. Ongoing SEO is extra, from £79 a month after a £49 audit. Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads are a fixed fee; you pay Google or OpenAI for the ads themselves.
